Cancellation Policy

This page explains how deposits and cancellations work when you book a move with Truck & Trolley.

Deposit

A 10% deposit of the estimate is taken at booking, on our secure booking page. This secures your crew and truck for the scheduled date.

Refund window

Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled move slot.

Cancellations within 48 hours

If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled move, your deposit is retained in full. We hold the crew and truck for you once the window closes, so a last-minute cancellation means we cannot reallocate that slot to another customer. If you need to move a booking, please contact us as early as possible.

Your consumer rights

This policy doesn't override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our service isn't carried out with due care and skill, isn't fit for purpose, or isn't supplied within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL in addition to anything set out in this policy.
